Returns/Exchanges:
Returns must have an RMA# issued prior to returning an item. You can email us to request an RMA#, and the RMA# must be posted on the package thats being returned. All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. All returned products to HPT Motorsports are subject to 20% restocking fee, and the buyer must pay for all Shipping / Handling fees on any returns or exchanges. All products returned for a credit must be in the original manufacturer container and never used. 

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON:
 -Fuel System Parts
 -Electronics
 -Engine Internals
 -Turbochargers, Turbo Kits, & Superchargers
 -Body Parts
 -Special Order Items

Returns/Exchanges on manufacturer defects or workmanship will solely be determined by HPT Motorsports. Items cannot be returned after 10 days of receiving the item. ALL RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS ARE ENTIRELY AT THE DISCRETION OF HPT MOTORSPORTS. Once an item(s) packaging is opened, item is used, or 10 days have passed since products was received item can no longer be returned. Items in the customer's possession for longer than 30 days will not be accepted for return in any circumstances. If you knowingly receive the incorrect product and open the box, you own it... and we do not have to accept a return.


Order Cancellations:
If you decide to cancel your order after it has been processed, you will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. However, once an item is shipped it can no longer be canceled. All cancellations and returns must be authorized by HPT Motorsports. (Note: In some cases, such as "special order only" items, we cannot cancel the order for any reason. So please be aware of this.)


Warranty:
We do not offer any warranty on the products we sell. All items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty policy only. Credit for defective merchandise will only be issued once the product is inspected and the claim approved by the manufacturer. Unless the manufacturer agrees to cover it, all return shipping for warranty items is the responsibility of the customer.


Methods of Payment: PLEASE READ**
 
All of our orders are processed through Paypal merchant services, which you will have the option to pay with most major credit cards (see above), or you can pay through your own personal Paypal account. Please Note: When you go to checkout a product the only payment method that you will be able to use is Paypal, however, ** this does not mean that you have to pay using a Paypal account. Once you click "checkout" you will enter a Paypal webpage (see image to right) where you can select to pay with your own personal credit / debit card, or you can log in to your Paypal account and pay with your Paypal funds. We do not offer cash on delivery (COD) as a form of payment, nor do we accept non-US credit cards. All orders are billed at the time they are placed.


Sales Tax:
All Connecticut residents are subject to a 6% sales tax.


Credit Card Fraud:
Credit card fraud will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. All suspected fraudulent transactions will be reported to the issuing bank and local law enforcement. Any phone numbers, addresses, e-mail, or contact information you provide will be given to banks and law enforcement agencies if we suspect fraud.


Privacy Policy:
The information submitted with your order request is kept strictly confidential and is intended for use by HPT Motorsports for customer orders, product support and correspondence. We will never give or sell your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, purchasing history, or any other information to any other company without your explicit permission. All account information at HPT Motorsports.com is password protected to assure your privacy and security. All order processing/ credit card processing is ran through Paypal's 128bit SSL encryption to ensure the safety of your information. Your information is 100% safe with us. 


Shipping Information:

NOTES ON OUR "SHIPPING INCLUDED" OFFER: Prices on our website advertised with "SHIPPING INCLUDED" only apply to U.S. orders in the continental 48 states. This offer does not apply to orders going to Hawaii, Alaska or International orders (i.e. CANADA) NOTE: Our shopping cart is currently not configured to add the appropriate additional shipping charges for these few exceptions to the order during checkout, so we recommend contacting us first for a shipping quote. If an order is placed, ignoring this message, you will be contacted after we receive the order as we will inform you of any additional shipping charges. At that point, you can accept the additional shipping charges or cancel the order. Please contact us with any questions regarding this notice. Thank You!

** INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ ** We currently do NOT offer overseas international shipping at this present time. Please DO NOT contact us about shipping options to overseas countries.  However, we do ship to CANADA (only) ** with additional terms. We recommend contacting us prior to ordering so we can inform you of the additional shipping fees... our "Shipping Included" offer does NOT apply to orders shipped to Canada; applies to U.S. lower 48 states only. Otherwise, after the order is placed, we will contact you with the additional shipping freight so we can process the order accordingly. If you have any questions about shipping to Canada, please contact us.

Damaged Packages, Lost Packages & Insurance Claims: 
In the event of a damaged or lost package, you will be required to file a claim with the shipping carrier to take care of the issue. Reimbursement is at the sole discretion of the shipping carrier. Please make sure that you keep all packing materials and boxes when filing an insurance claim... as this plays a vital role in the decision of the shipping carrier to approve your claim. HPT Motorsports will not be held liable for any damaged or lost shipments.


Express Shipping: 
If you would like to have express (2 day, 3day, etc.) shipping, please contact us in advance because we have not configured our shopping cart to do that feature yet. Sorry for the inconvenience.


Other:
HPT Motorsports reserves the right to change product prices and other information listed on our website at any time without notice. Pricing errors are not the responsibility of www.hptmotorsports.com. Pricing errors usually occur because the product manufactures change their pricing quite often and notify us of the changes with minimal time to adjust our listed prices. If a pricing error occurs prior to shipment, we will either refund the transaction in full or give the customer the option to pay the updated/correct price. **Customers will be notified of any price changes before order processing** Images are often only an example of the product listed, and the actual product may vary. When you place an order with us it's assumed that you've read and agreed to the terms and conditions listed above. Also, HPT Motorsports is not liable or responsible for damages made on customer vehicles due to improper installations, abuse, or neglect. We strongly recommend professional installation for every product we sell, and all products listed are for OFF-ROAD USE ONLY, unless noted otherwise.
